Technical Writer
Location: Katowice

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Producing technical documentation (installation and functional guides)
  • Cooperating closely with our Quality Assurance team
  • Improving our existing manuals
  • Ensuring that our manuals are up-to-date

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in technical writing or related field
  • Excellent command of English (both in writing and speaking)
  • Ability to explain complex issues and processes in a simple way
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience using software documentation tools

It will be beneficial to have:

  • Experience working as a part of a Scrum team
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
