For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:

Technical Writer with English

Location: Remote 100%, after pandemic hybrid (Warsaw)
Job type: contract B2B
Length: long term cooperation

Specific professional experience related to the profile:

• Writes specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation, communicates effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters
• Has 4 years of experience in drafting and/or editing technical and user documentation in English;
• Provided standardisation of documents structure and style, guided other team members.
• Prepared presentations and training materials in English.
• Experience with software testing, or willingness to gain knowledge in this area.
• Higher education degree (BSc or MSc) specifically in technical studies will be very valuable.

Join the team, where your will:

• Prepare end user documentation, such as user manuals and guides, release notes, etc.
• Language checks of the Graphical User Interface of the developed software.
• Proofread and edit documents prepared by team members, to ensure their accuracy, completeness, clarity, and consistency of contents and style.
• Provide standards to document structure, layout and style, as well as provide guidance to other team members.
• Prepare and provide presentations in English.
• Plan, prepare and deliver technical trainings in English; prepare training documents and materials.
• Maintain documentation versions and document repository.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide business as usual support to our customers (Incidents, Changes, Problems)
• Proactively maintain global infrastructure and improving the delivery of managed services
• Take part in internal and external projects
• Take part in automatization projects, migrating infrastructure and transitioning of new clients
• Share your knowledge with other team members
• Provide on call duty for high priority incidents and emergency changes.
