About the project
Join us as a Technical Writer and become a part of the Business Advisory & BPO Team! We provide services in the field of Data Management, Marketing, and HR.
We are working on delivering a best-in-class developer experience for integrating with Worldline Online Payments. The biggest part of this developer experience is the developer documentation. We are looking for a talent to bolster the team in delivering quality guides and support documentation to our users.

Your responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team and dedicated analysts to understand the product's features and functionality
Create comprehensive end-user manuals and technical support manuals for the product
Develop product support on our company's official webpage, including manuals, guides, and FAQs
Ensure that the documentation is accurate, clear, concise, and user-friendly
Work with the development team to update documentation as new features and functionality are added to the product
Review the documentation with technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role with practice in the electronics development or telecommunication, automotive, HVAC systems, white goods, or similar
At least a Bachelor's degree in any technical domain
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
Good skills in communication and presentation
