Your responsibilities
Initiating and managing day-to-day company-universities collaboration programs and projects
Establishing effective relationships and collaboration in areas of scientific research and didactics
Ensuring alignment with Company’s research directions and needs
Representing and promoting company at university related events
Organizing on-site lectures, labs and events in cooperation with academic institutes
Assuring smooth communication between company and academic representatives
Proactively searching for promising research and business development opportunities
Analysis on the project scope
Our requirements
Master degree in Computer Science or similar
At least 5 years of scientific research and didactics at university or research institute
At least 3 years of experience in area of the software development or project management
Experience in academia – industry collaboration, e.g. technology transfer center, startup accelerator, grant project in consortium, consultancy/advisory
Conducting research in technology field
Scientific papers, conference speaker
General knowledge of software development process
Full lifecycle experience supporting software development projects and a demonstrable understanding of the accepted practices of software development life cycle management;
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of English (reading technical documentation, verbal and written communication)
Availability to work at least half-time within working days (higher availability will be considered as a plus).

Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar – at least one of)
PhD in one of SRPOL core technologies strongly recommended
Experience in software/hardware project management
Experience defining and implementing processes, plans, and procedures for systems and software development environments;
