Technology Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Planning, delivery and management of technology projects and workstreams

• Manage different stakeholder expectations and secure business buy-in

• Working with nominated business change representatives to ensure that business benefits can be realised through the delivery of technical capability.

• Line and Matrix management of project resources

• Ensuring that appropriate project management standards/processes are followed

• Meeting project performance targets

• Take responsibility for completing projects/workstreams within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints to enable the delivery of agreed benefits

• Manage shared resources within the project team, including third party resource and suppliers

• Maintain ongoing relationship with key stakeholders

• Hold regular project team meetings and contribute to individual project team member appraisals.

• Identify, evaluate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes associated with the project

• Produce key documents during the implementation phase including regular highlight reports,financial forecasts and updated plans for the business and other key stakeholders

• Ensure project scope and expenditure is properly controlled, monitored, forecast and reported in accordance with the relevant governance processes

• Obtain stakeholder sign off including support, user, business continuity and risk management

• Create project closure reports capturing and sharing lessons learned and follow on action
