Your responsibilities
Perform '2nd Line of Defence' activities to monitor and report on the Groups technology risks.
Develop and maintain technology risk management frameworks, methodologies and independent assurance activities.
Provide oversight and effective challenge over risks relating to technology to influence senior management decision-making.
Share and promote risk management best practices and consistency in approaches across the business.
Provide risk management training and education to all levels of employees.
Develop and maintain technology risk registers for the various business entities.
Develop and maintain regular technology risk reporting (KRI's) and MI (Dashboards and reports). This reporting will be used for various committee and board meetings and also to provide assurance for regulators.
Facilitate 'deep dive' risks assessments or workshops with technology stakeholders.
Employer requirements
Have minimum 3 years of experience with similar background
Technology risk management experience that includes in depth knowledge and understanding of Information security risks (such as DOS, cyber attacks and data loss) and Operational risks (such as outages and performance degredation).
Develop and maintain technology risk management frameworks, methodologies and independent assurance activities.
Performing technical assessments and identifying current and emerging technology risks by applying business, technical and industry knowledge.
Assessing Technology practices and recommending improvements where necessary.
Communicating effectively to build and maintain transparent relationships with stakeholders (including Senior Management). Clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues.
