    Technology Solutions Strategy & Transformation Lead – Director
    Location: Warszawa
    Responsibilities:
    Requirements:
    • Support the growth of the business regionally through the development and implementation of special projects, new products, and innovations across new clients and existing JLL accounts.
    • Help leadership to programme manage business strategy & reporting across region.
    • Programme manage initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
    • Drive market & client research / analytics to optimize origination & pricing strategy.
    • Coordinate due diligence & review processes with partners.
    • Lead & consolidate critical workstreams around marketing, finance, talent, operations across region.
    • Contribute to creation, maintenance and management of high quality, persuasive business development materials to assist in winning new business, including pricing templates, case studies and proposal and presentation materials.
    • Prepare effective presentations, briefings, and leadership packages to inform senior stakeholders.
    • Monitor market for emerging trends to ensure development and expansions of JLL TS services offering.
    • Assist in the development EMEA strategy for TS.
    • Supports large-scale projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges. Integrates how the big picture of the initiatives comes together from definition through implementation on implications across the business.
    • Track and manage the budget and ensure all financial objectives are met.
    • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications.
    • Provides critical thinking and influence by helping to link the strategic agenda to the resulting execution plan.
    • Ensures seamless service delivery and hand-offs from strategy formulation to execution.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
    • +5 years’ professional experience, of which part with a top-tier Real Estate or strategy consulting firm.
    • Strong combination of strategic skills and business strength with direct experience of leading and execution of transformation and change projects.
    • Highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen as well as excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
    • Pan-regional exposure a major advantage, having led project and team efforts across multiple regional geographies.
    • Experience with digital transformation.
    • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
    • Ideally this experience will comprise tactical, operational, performance improvement and/or longer term transformational engagements.
    • Active work experience in the US.
    • Ability to travel and to work virtually with other colleagues.
