Azure Bot Framework Composer
proactively communicating and collaborating with external/internal business stakeholders to produce the functional requirements for new chatbot solutions
translating the functional requirements for the new chatbot solutions into the technical design and providing adequate documentation
continuously improving the Power Virtual Agent and the Azure Bot Framework Composer platform through innovation and introduction of new features and functionalities to the platform
integrating chatbot solutions with other global solutions and the HEINEKEN data lake
helping federated teams by advising on solution approach, conducting code reviews and helping the remote teams with their own development work
enabling self-service as much as possible for federated teams
setting up and continuously improving Chatbot development standards, both for Azure Bot Framework Composer and Power Virtual Agent solutions
supporting and coaching junior developers and federated team developers
contribute collectively to the Product team in delivering user stories and contributing to the product increment
continuously being aware of the security requirements of HEINEKEN and ensuring that all ongoing improvements are aligned with these requirements
ensuring support, maintenance, continuous improvement through Partners and/or Service management
ensuring optimum performance, availability and security in accordance with security standards and policy
participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement and retrospective
you have Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in technical field
you have Power Platform and Azure Bot Framework Certifications
you have development skills and experience (2 years minimum) with one of the following platforms: Microsoft Bot Framework and Intelligent Virtual Agents (MS Power Platform), Oracle Digital Assistant, Teneo Conversational AI platform (Artificial Solutions); Google Dialogflow
you have experience with .NET C#
you have experience with REST (and similar) API integrations, manipulation and usage of data
you have experience and/or some understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and how to utilize it
you have awareness of test management and deployments of chatbot/conversational AI solutions, so these can be automated (CI/CD pipelines)
you have experience with connecting/integrating with backend systems from Chatbot development perspective
you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
you are analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
you are a team player and are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
you are able to identity and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and “truths” and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends and the ability to evaluate them for applicability
experience working in a federated enterprise organization
experience with Python/Java Script
experience with integrations with large ERPs and CRMs
experience of programming with SQL queries
experience working with Git & Azure DevOps
experience with continuous integration and deployment
