Your responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, configuring, deploing and maintaining a robust MDM solution using Tibco EBX as the underlying technology

  • Collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to identify and analyse requirements for the MDM platform & infrastructure

  • Monitoring and optimizing MDM system performance, ensuring timely data synchronization, processing, and integration with other systems

  • Applying DevOps principles and practices to improve the development, deployment, and maintenance of the MDM solution. Propose areas of infrastructure automation

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any MDM-related issues, including data discrepancies, workflow errors, system performance problems, integration issues and issues with platform hosting

  • Staying current with the latest MDM trends, best practices, and Tibco EBX product updates to recommend improvements and enhancements to the MDM solution

  • Maintaining documentation for MDM platform/infrastructure design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies

  • Actively participating in the Scrum Team events and shape continuous improvement culture within the team

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 experience in MDM implementation and support, preferably with Tibco EBX

  • In-depth understanding of MDM concepts, data modelling, data quality, and data governance principles

  • Experience in DevOps, including expertise in continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure automation

  • Experience with various DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes and Rancher

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing MDM such as data models, workflows, and user interfaces

  • Experience integrating MDM solutions with other systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Relevant certifications in Tibco EBX, MDM, DevOps, or related technologies are a plus

  • Experience in working in distributed devops team across on-shore, nearshore and off-shore locations

  • Proficieny in English
