Your responsibilities

  • taking care of administrative tasks related to the operation of the Heineken RPA platform (UiPath), such as Windows server maintenance, business application installation, network connectivity and database administration;

  • achieving operational excellence by helping in RPA process monitoring (in UiPath Orchestrator) and addressing business critical exceptions in timely manner;

  • identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the platform, and propose how to solve these;

  • working with the Product Owner, Product Architect and senior engineers in the product team to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate platform requirements;

  • proactively communicating and collaborating with external/internal stakeholders to implement the requirements for the platform;

  • actively participating in the selection of new technologies, executing proof of values, implement new features of the platform;

  • ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Security, Compliance);

  • participating in all the team Agile ceremonies: daily Scrum meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, and Sprint Retrospective.

Our requirements

  • you have Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in technical field;

  • you have a proven track record in corporate IT administration (minimum of 3+ years);

  • you have experience as Windows Server administrator (application installation, Active Directory management, log tracing, network troubleshooting);

  • you have Windows scripting experience (Command Prompt, PowerShell);

  • you are willing to explore the root cause of any type of issue (like server(s) being down, RDP access missing, application versions not matching), and to solve ASAP;

  • you have the basic understanding of SQL server administration;

  • you have a good understanding on RPA and/or UiPath, or an excellent motivation to learn it fast;

  • you have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles;

  • you have excellent facilitation, presentation, and analysing skills;

  • you are excellent in written and verbal English.

Optional

  • you have experience with Azure Cloud;

  • you have experience with DevOps ways of working and CI/CD in particular;

  • you have experience working with Git;

  • you have hands-on experience with .NET programming language;

  • you have experience with automating ERP applications such as SAP;

  • you have experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document understanding tools.
