Your responsibilities
Coordinate new product/process implementations liaising with all related functions ( I/S, PD, NetOps, Manufacturing, Quality, RA...)
Ensure eTechTransfer Database is completed and approved prior to launch.
Prepare and ensure approval of EMO (Experimental Manufacturing Order) request.
Maintain formulas in PDM (Product Data Management) along with other manufacturing documentation systems (e.g. SAP)
Prepare and maintain “Batch Manf Reports” and SPIs (Standard Process Instructions)
Prepare and manage computer batched recipes (InBatch)
Coordinate batch validation process
Deliver quality training where necessary and assist in procedure implementation
Support all applicable technical regulatory requirements (FDA, GIF, MDC) with focus on EMO, formula, process and process validation documentation
Brief and approve formula and ingredient list in new AW through BEAT System
Manage continuous improvement projects
Support non conformance investigations (troubleshooting)
Support Plant implementation of Colgate Quality standards

Our requirements
University degree (preferred: chemical engineering or equivalent)
2 years experience in chemical or food industries.
Knowledge of chemical production / processes
English speaking and writing proficiency which enables to communicate independently in an international working environment
Familiarity with statistical software analyses (Minitab)
Project Management skills
Google Office Applications – Docs, Sheets, Slides...
Good communication skills while working with cross-functional teams
Analytical and problem solving skills
Able to execute tasks in a dynamic and changing environment.
