Your responsibilities
Leading practice strategy development and implementation
Development of new product offerings and services
Participating in and overseeing senior customer engagements
Planning Organising and Leading customer pitches
Organising and leading projects end to end
Supporting Project Managers on projects
Setting up and running PMOs
Managing stakeholder engagement
Capacity and demand management
Risk and Issue management
Budget planning and management
Planning and roadmap management
Setting up and overseeing governance arrangements
Developing and improving Project management tools and methodologies
Participating in best practice development
Our requirements
10+ years of management experience in leading technology and project teams
7+ years of line management experience
Proven track record in full lifecycle delivery of technology enabled business transformations
Practitioner level experience in programme management with relevant certifications
Experience in Project Portfolio Management or / and Lean Portfolio Management with IT, consulting or professional services background
Experience in one or the following industries e.g. banking, insurance, life sciences, automotive, retail, media, public sector
Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study
Good knowledge & proven experience in applying and scaling Agile Methodologies
Familiarity with modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS)
Business development experience in IT or professional services domain
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern PM tools
Excellent command of English and Polish – advanced level both written and spoken
