Your responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for the telephone acquisition and development of B2B customers

  • You will deal with lead qualification, customer acquisition and activation

  • You will monitor customer activity

  • You will take care of the databases quality

  • You will take responsibility for delivering the acquisition targets over the phone

  • You will work with various teams: Technology, Customer service (CEX), Commerce and Marketing teams on a daily basis

Our requirements

  • Establish contacts easily, are communicative and can work under time pressure

  • Are motivated to achieve sales goals

  • Know the MS Office environment very well (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Have very good command of Chinese and English (min. B2)


  • Experience in acquiring B2B customers by telephone

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, selling online business services
