Your responsibilities
Developing a network of recruitment partners and cooperation with partners from the Latin America region
Recruitment and selection of job candidates (checking the correctness of documents, conducting recruitment interviews, preparing visa application documents)
Marketing activities in order to encourage recruiting partners to cooperate and recruit new job candidates
Looking after groups of employees from Latin America working for our Clients abroad
Operational support for the onboarding process (arrival itinerary, airport pickup, overseeing deadlines for submitting legal documentation, translations, etc.)
Administering WhatsUp (or similar) and other communication groups for selected teams of employees – answering questions and keeping the communication alive.
Expert support in intercultural habits and coaching (customs, religion, communication, etc.)
Our requirements
You have at least 1-3 year of experience with temporary staff recruitment
You have strong people skills
You can work under pressure and manage stress effectively
You speak Portuguese, Spanish and English well enough to maintain a fluent conversation
Polish, Russian is a plus but not necessary
You have a passion to be a builder and business starter
