Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, preparing and execution of testing activities for various HR projects.
  • Close management and tracking of defects/bugs towards a swift resolution.
  • Providing effective monitoring and reporting of test progress / status to partners.
  • Automate testing as much as possible at UI / API / Service / data base / business logic level.
  • Ensure automated test suit is fit for purpose, executes continuously & integrates with CI tool.
  • Advice how the product / feature should be designed with testability in mind.
  • Coordinate with IT and business partners to drive all testing activities.

You Offer

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related topic; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these subjects
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Software testing preferably in Financial Service domain
  • Strong Functional testing & Automation experience
  • Experienced in DB / ETL testing
  • Proficient in QC ALM, Jira and Selenium
  • Experienced in at least one object oriented programming language and Scripting
  • Working knowledge of Unix
  • Great teammate with strong partner management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including attention to detail
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual and possess positive attitude with ability to help drive all aspects of testing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Nice to have (But Advantageous)

  • Transaction Monitoring / FCC experience
  • ISTQB foundation certification in software testing
  • Python & Big Data Testing skills
  • Informatica and Control M knowledge
  • Experience in BDD Testing especially using Cucumber & Gherkin.
  • Good understanding of software development & CI tools like Maven, Ant, and Team City /Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Performance Centre /J-Meter
