About the project

• You can be a part of our success by joining our R&D teams in Warsaw as Test Developer for our End User Apps and help people with hearing disabilities, by bringing our leading hearing health care solutions to the market.
• You will work in a growing international company in the medical-technical industry with many opportunities for development.

• In this role, you will become a part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), with development teams in both Poland and Denmark. In SWS, we are developing software for desktop, mobile and cloud solutions enabling our customers to get the most benefit out of our hearing aids.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and team members
- Take responsibility for product quality
- Monitor and do the progress tracking
- Drive various initiatives on team and organization level
- Develop quality standards and processes
- Do test cases (writing and execution)
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of testing experience
- Experience in mobile apps testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to build relationship with development team
- Great analytical skills and ability to assig correct actions as outcome of analysis
- Understand the need of change and ability to explain positive aspect of changes to other
- Technical knowledge - to act as and share your expertise with others
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- English - minimum intermediate
