For our Client, an international automotive company, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of:
Test Engineer
(Warszawa)
Numer ref.: Test/18/01/2021/nnMain duties and responsibilities:
- Support current production operations support for test processes
- Test processes include; device level programming, ambient-test, hot-functional-test and end-of-line programming equipment
- Improve tester operational effectiveness, first time quality, and cycle time
- Assist maintenance in troubleshooting test equipment HW and SW
- Provide operations assistance as needed
- Assure/assist in timely preventive maintenance for all test equipment
- Provide daily documentation for all test process related issues
- Ensure spare parts are set-up in crib for production test equipment
Essential Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of digital and analog electronics
- Skills in software and hardware troubleshooting
- Independence in action, fast reaction on faced issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Developing programming routines for micro-controller onboard FLASH memory
- Good English - must have
- Ability to solve problems analytically, creatively, and collaboratively
- Team-oriented, able to work well with multi-disciplined team
Additional, recommended skills:
- Experience of utilizing software development skills in one or more test software languages: National Instruments LabView, NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++, C (Can include intern experience)
- Experience using National Instruments tools - PXI hardware and NI software
- Experience developing functional tests for automotive Electrification Products, Specifically: Inverters, Converters, Controllers
- Ability to use measurement based statistical tools to improve production test processes.
- Proven experience in working with automotive communication protocols such as CAN and Flex-ray
- Experience in setting up vision systems - AOI
