Your responsibilities
- Definition and implementation of test environment strategy
- Creating and adapting processes and tools necessary to efficiently deploy test environments
- Definition of strategy for test data
- Definition of the test environment roadmap, monitoring and control of its execution
- Creation of the community around the discipline, to share knowledge and good practices
- Participation in implementation of solutions to provide cost optimization and effectiveness improvement
- Supervision of delivering tasks with the use of Agile methodology on time & with high quality
Our requirements
- Nice to have experience on similar position
- Leadership skills
- Experience in leading teams or projects
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Very good English skills
- Good communication skills (including business communication)
- Openness to the continuous self-development
- Pro-activeness, time management with ability to work under time-pressure, goal & quality-orientation, ability to identify risks and threats, ability to identify business needs
