As a Test Manager you will contribute in various streams of implementation projects, interface with the customer representatives and communicate with the onsite coordinators. You will mentor the project test team in executing the identified projects as well as foster teamwork and lead by example.As a team leader you will also build a quality culture, manage the performance of direct employees and train/mentor junior and senior team members.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Minimum 8 year experience in Test & People Management
- Capability to manage wide & international testing teams
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent client facing skills
- Excellent business communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Expertise in testing and reporting tools
- Ability to guide and support Senior Testers
- English and German skills enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world
