About the project
• Industry: Public transport
• Work model: Hybrid in Warsaw or 100% remote
• Workload: Full-time
• Project length: 6 months (+ possible extensions)
• Assignment type: B2B, up to 160 -200 PLN/h (depending on experience)

Your responsibilities
We are looking for experienced test manager to assist the projects test manager in a migration from SAP ECC HCM to S/4 HCM.
The project scope includes full solution migration/implementation including master data conversion, configuration and integrations. The project is running in parallel with implementation of external payroll supplier and collaboration across will be crucial.
The test manager is together with the senior test manager to establish and implement test strategy and plans across the project and towards future vendor of payroll. Ensure test scope, estimations, quality and test case creation. Monitor test progress, follow up and report on test execution.
The tests to be conducted will amongst others contain functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, migration testing, non-functional testing and data validation.
The project is currently in planning and is expected to go-live in September 2023.
Our requirements
Experience with test execution and documentation in SAP solution manager
ISTQB or other relevant test certification
Collaborations skills, Stakeholder management and drive towards execution
Knowledge about SAP, system setup and releases, integrations etc.
Experience with Migration in and around SAP Experience with vendor/contract in relation to testing, strategies and plans
Experience in test strategy, plans and execution
Optional
Experience with SAP HCM and HR Business Processes Experience with Cut-over management, go-live verification and hyper care.
