Your responsibilities
- Guide and lead the virtual team, ensuring they have strong awareness of Third Party Oversight related processes and responsibilities
- Act as an escalation and conduit between the Global Supplier Team, Control Managers and Delivery Managers / Executive Sponsors
- Help develop and implement an effective, sustainable operational risk assessment model of suppliers
- Enhance current Control Committee / Forums supplier risk reporting and mitigation, through improved awareness and escalation, and critical assessment of metrics reported.
- Create and produce metrics and status reports reflecting performance of the Global Supplier framework
- Partner and manage relationship with Business and Operations Control Managers and Regional Control Managers within Corporate and Investment Bank and across the Firm to ensure progress
- Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders and channels of escalation as required.

- Flexibility and capability of engaging across diverse functions, locations and businesses
- Good organizational skills - manages & prioritizes multiple tasks across different time horizons within deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

- Experience of risk assessment or control management
- Third Party or Inter-Affiliate oversight experience
- Knowledge of products and services associated with Corporate and Investment Bank line of businesses
- Data visualisation and summation experience (Alteryx, Tableau)

This role will work with a global virtual team of Control Managers and report into the Outsourcing Control Manager Lead.
