Time & Expense Process Lead
If you are a process specialist and a team player with strong communication and analytical skills as well as improvement-oriented mindset you might be interested in the position of Process Lead for Time & Expense process. The Process Lead supports his team and the process Supervisor in the area of Operation Management and Transformation. You will ensure that the services are delivered in accordance with the established policies, procedures and service level agreements. You will work closely with your Supervisor to identify needs to develop your team and deliver Transformation.


Service delivery:
  • Workload distribution on daily basis
  • Solving process challenges and exceptions
  • Daily monitoring of processes (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Access management
  • SOP management
  • Time study management
  • Risk assessment - provide input and follow-up
  • Quality check - follow-up on issues (3C)
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support transition across DC
  • Reporting preparation, review and follow-up
  • Support solving Escalation from client
  • Provide management with information to support AD-HOC requests
  • Process improvements scope extension:
  • Identifying improvement projects
  • Driving continues improvement in the process
  • Support in deployment of new tools

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience preferably in the Time & Expense area
  • University graduate with a degree in Finance & Accounting discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (facilitation and presentation skills a plus)
  • Demonstrated skills such as teamwork, training/coaching, providing constructive feedback to co-workers, effective tasks assignment, scheduling
  • Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills; logical flow of thought and process orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation, open, honest and ethical
  • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
  • Proficiency with finance ERP technology, SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Proficiency with firm standard technology such as MS Office: Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and English language skills
