Your responsibilities

  • Partner with the country HR Leads and line managers in the EMEA region to ensure that the day-to-day operational support of compensation programs is successfully executed.

  • Support the EMEA Total Rewards Lead with the annual merit review- and variable pay cycles and with the implementation of compensation & benefits projects such as the implementation of job architecture/leveling, salary structures, etc.

  • Support the EMEA Total Rewards Lead with off-cycle salary adjustments, job leveling/job evaluation, bonus/Incentive programs, new ways of working (home working, mobility aspects), etc.

  • Support the regional Company Car Policy.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, legislation changes, innovation, best practices, emerging technology, and tools, and evaluate the impact of introducing new methods or products to the company.

  • Act as lead analyst for compensation analysis, benchmarking activities, market studies, and salary structure analysis and updates.

  • Create compensation and benefits models to provide analysis of critical business initiatives.

  • Regularly execute compensation & benefits reports and analyses, citing trends, and providing recommendations.

  • Ensure HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) data integrity, produce/distribute requested or regularly scheduled reports, and conduct basic data audits in and outside the HRIS system.

  • Act as a regional contact on HRIS system support.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree level education or equivalent in the HR or Finance field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience with demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the area of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.

  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.

  • Hands-on personality.

  • Excellent IT Skills: including MS Office, advanced Excel, and database development skills. Ideally prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Outstanding English language skills (verbal & written).

  • Proactive, able to work on own initiative in a hybrid or virtual working environment.

About the role

The Total Rewards Specialist EMEA provides analytical and other professional-level support to the EMEA Total Reward Lead. This role will support the implementation of Total Rewards programs across the EMEA region, which are market-competitive and are designed to attract, reward, and retain high-performing employees. This role will help implement, communicate and administer competitive global compensation programs that align with the business plans, goals, and objectives of our internal clients.
