The Trade Management department is a high profile, global function within Investment Bank Division which provides close support to Front Office and other Business Stakeholders whilst maintaining control and assisting in automation and operational efficiency projects.
An outstanding opportunity to join us as Trade Management Analyst at Credit Suisse. Some of the core tasks that you will be expected to perform/ manage include:
- Complete, accurate and timely trade capture and lifecycle management across multiple financial asset classes
- Proactive management of breaks and issues arising in the course of daily operations, coordinating breaks and issues resolution between departments to ensure front to back accuracy
- Risk mitigation and P&L (Profit & Loss) management
- Diligent, timely and accurate management of queries raised by business’ stakeholders
- Involvement in process improvement projects whilst driving innovation, transformation and business growth

Become a part of Trade Management team which works in a highly regulated and dynamic environment. As a member of this team, you directly interact with Front Office personnel based in London, New York and Zurich. You have an exposure to multiple strategic areas of the Bank including Trading, Sales, Structuring, IT and Global Operations. You have a unique opportunity to learn about wide range of complex financial instruments, such as bonds, equities, fixed income and credit derivatives products. The role is varied and requires a self-starter able to operate at all levels of the organization covering varied issues and problem solving skills. We are looking for:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven track of professional experience (preferably in a financial corporate environment) and interest in the financial industry. Professional certificates (obtained or worked towards) would be considered an additional asset.
- Understanding of financial instruments such as equities, bonds and derivatives, willingness and ability to learn a wide range of financial products and processes.
- Strong attention to details and a proven ability to manage work independently and efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Evidence of advanced Excel skills.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
