Your responsibilities
- Execute and support multi-channel trade marketing communications and promotion efforts, including defining and executing marketing plans, planning and delivering trade events on schedule and within budget, evaluating activities effectiveness and developing optimum proposals.
- Improve customer experience and marketing effects through new and existing customer program loyalty.
- Lead overall promotion activities, including selecting promotion goods and materials, managing budget and inventory, to maximize promotion effects within budget.
- Analyze markets to identify opportunities and contribute to rollout of new product launch plan.
- Other duties as assigned
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experienced in channel marketing promotion
Optional
- Experience in organizing events, local conferences, trade fairs, national exhibitions
- Experience in managing the process of promotional campaigns, loyalty programs
- Co-operation with agencies who print communication materials, produce gadgets, clothes or POS equipment
- Work with different departments’ teams (sales, production, customers’ service or financial)
- Availability for visits in HQ in Warsaw, about 2-3 days per month
