    Trade Service Profesional role is to proivde hgh quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that their expectations are continually met, offering uniformly high standards as well as support the expansion of the Trade business.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Enable EMEA Trade to provide our clients with a "best in class" service through streamlined operations delivery, innovative client solutions, clear, concise and timely responses to queries, Trade related issues and timely escalation of any issues to operations managers.
    • Handing incoming queries and proactive notifications for Clients based in EMEA
    • Maintain regular proactive calls and updates with clients across the portfolios for EMEA Trade Operation.
    • Manage day to day client contact and handling of client issues relating to Letters of Credit, Cash against documents and other Trade Services products with proactive follow up with the respective Operations; Sales; Product Management teams.
    • Maintain pristine controls for all aspects of the TSP function to ensure effective risk management for EMEA Trade.    
    • Improve overall relations with our client base providing clients with one to one support tailored to their specific business and requirements thus facilitating improved feedback on client reviews and surveys. 
    • Handling escalations
    • Escalate customer feedback, processing delays and errors appropriately


    Experience and Skills:

    • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good time management and prioritisation skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Strong customer focus
    • Experience of working in a customer-facing role is desirable
    • Should be comfortable with MS-Office and common internal applications
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent decision making skills
    • Planning & Organisation skill
