Purpose of the role:

We are looking for Trainee to work in Global Trade and Receivables Finance Services Center, being a part of Trade and Receivables Finance Department. If you want to start a career in the largest bank in Europe this is the right moment for you.

Main duties:

  • Work in Trade and Factoring teams supporting Import, Export, Guarantee, Receivables Finance, Invoice Discounting including Domestic and Export Factoring customers and transactions
  • Scanning and registering of Trade documents in HSBC systems
  • Supporting other employees in processing Trade and Factoring transactions
  • Supporting other employees in processing Factoring transactions in HSBC group systems
  • Keeping e-mail correspondence with the customers
  • By ensuring that we always focus on providing first class customer service for all Trade and Factoring operations products.
  • Delivering high quality of phone contact with customers
  • Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets
  • Work towards sustaining team spirit
  • Working time based on contract of employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week with flexibility to agree on individual arrangements

  • Good English skills

  • Good communications skills
  • Good analytical skills, attention to details
  • Completed upper secondary school education
