    Job Description
     
    In this role you have the opportunity to:
    Use in action and develop your e-commerce and digital skills. Build and successfully run Trade and Shopper Marketing strategy in key Online Retailers (Pure Players) with strong alignment across Sales and Marketing Departments based on Customer needs, e-Retailer specific and their Shoppers. Including budget management.
     
    You are responsible for
    • Developing and implementing trade and shopper marketing strategy in Online Pure Players to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
    • Translating the shopper marketing strategy into activation plan working closely with Sales, Marketing and Digital Teams.
    • Driving sales growth, in-house share, brand preference, conversion and basket size through: analyzing sell-out, e-commerce data, trends and facts (e.g.: CTR, conversion %, visits, in-house share, attachment rate, time on page etc.), as well as categories dynamics.
    • Building strong relationships with our Online Retailers together with Key Account Manager.
    • Analyzing market intelligence: measurement of different brands activities and performance; identifying, prioritizing and transforming e-commerce data into actionable insights.
    • Effective managing, tracking, and evaluating dedicated trade marketing budget to deliver return on investment in a channel under responsibility.
    • Sharing knowledge and inspiring within the T&SM Team.
    You are part of
    The Team of passionate and driven Trade and Shopper Marketing professionals. You will work closely with Philips Sales, Marketing and Digital Teams and external agencies to drive business objectives. The Teams demonstrate high open-minded business culture.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • An ambitious professional with overall 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or online brand activation.
    • Data driven profile with a strong focus on analytics.
    • Digital savvy, knowledge of e-commerce supporting and analytical products (e.g. Google Analytics, Tradewatch, Google Trends) and tools (e.g. SEO, SEM, PLA).
    • High interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Eagerness to challenge status quo in a constructive way.
    • Test and learn approach.
    • A team player that can both execute and take a helicopter view on the business.
    • Preferably master degree in Business/Marketing or E-commerce.
    • Very good command of English.
