The team is responsible for execution and matching of OTC&FX ISDA trade confirmations. Every transaction concluded with our counterparts (external or internal) has to have a legally binding confirmation in place, recording the terms and economic details of the deal. The Global Trade Validation and Control teams are working on dispatching and receiving signed copies of these documents whether those are on physical paper or on electronic platform. The products the teams are accountable for are OTC (Over the Counter) Fixed Income Derivatives (Interest Rate and Credit Default Swaps), Equity Swaps, Prime Trades, Foreign Exchange transactions, Fund Linked Products and some Commodity deals. The team is looking for a concerted person to further our strategy and align our functions globally with the focus on strengthening the efficiency and control and seeking further improvements. We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values.
