Providing Technical support to customers to solve their technical problems reported
Troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Our requirements
Currently in 3rd or Final Year of University
Ability to communicate in German (at least at B2 level) and English (at least at B1+ level)
Excellent communication and client service skills
Problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
Strong PC skills
Strong interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
Available min. 20h per week
