Your responsibilities
- Providing Technical support to customers to solve their technical problems reported
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Our requirements
- Currently in 3rd or Final Year of University
- Ability to communicate in German (at least at B2 level) and English (at least at B1+ level)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
- Strong PC skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
- Available min. 20h per week
