Your responsibilities
- Delivering soft skills and business related training
- Creating new training
- Taking care of training administration
- Cooperation with stakeholders in training related matters
Our requirements
- You have excellent presentation skills,
- You like working with people and sharing your knowledge,
- You have experience in creating training content,
- You have experience in delivering training related to personal development and leadership,
- You are fluent in both English and Polish,
- You can establish plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve goals,
- You have an ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions,
- You are able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,
- You have an ability to provide support to internal and external customers to meet and understand their needs and expectations.
Optional
- Experience in Know Your Client (KYC)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Transaction Monitoring (TM)
- Experience in coaching
- Degree in Psychology or adult learning
