Role responsibilities

Deliver high quality educational programs with demonstrated effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics.
Manage deliverables according to endorsed plans, timelines, and budget.
Partner with associated business line and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively identify training needs.
Support processes, and activities related to compliance oversight of training programs.
Support program and project evaluation for effectiveness and customer satisfaction and that feedback is shared and utilized as part of the continuous improvement process.
Collect metrics and performance measures to meet business needs, and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance to training and education regulatory requirements and consistent implementation of best practices, standards, and training globally to support inspection readiness

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in applying adult learning principles, instructional design as well as project management.
Business knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, projects concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to communicate concepts effectively.
Ability to work with large-scale change in matrix organizations

Preferred Computer Experience:

Knowledge of LMS administration and processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,), Adobe Acrobat, survey tools.

Preferred Education Qualifications:

BS - experience in pharmaceutical industry with focus on pharmacovigilance, regulatory and clinical.
MS - experience in pharmaceutical industry with focus on pharmacovigilance, regulatory and clinical.
Experience working globally with organizations/teams/individuals

Fixed-term contract: 24 months

Role summary

Deliver global instructor-led training materials for internal Pfizer colleagues as well as external agents of Pfizer. Review of training materials to enable delivery in compliance with regulations, industry guidelines and Pfizer SOPs.
Interact with business stakeholders on the development of training materials, training assignments and questions. Supports the Training and Education Lead to define educational strategies and ensure that the training design incorporates diverse and innovative methodologies to meet training standards and quality. Identifies gaps and areas of opportunities for compliance and business-related training needs for the internal and external customers. Support entry of learning events training records into Pfizer's Learning Management System (LMS). Assure formal evaluations of training programs are developed to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Prior experience with the delivery, development and implementation of quality educational programs, learning program management, technical and communication skills are preferred.
Provides technical support for the development and implementation of global training and educational projects in support of clinical research, medical, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and quality.
