Your responsibilities
As a product trainer you will be responsible for writing and delivering instructor led training to complement our digital content on our products.
You will have to explain how things work and how to use them in a way that is easy to understand. The training will be delivered using online technologies, at various stages of the implementation process.
You'll need to understand the product and applications and then capture and write content to explain it to users. You will be creating guides, exercises and interactive tutorials.
You will need to gather and analyze training needs from users, products, engineering and customer success teams, attend meetings to stay in line with products and new developments, create, edit and maintain instructor led content in line with products, user requirements and standards
You will be responsible for delivery of virtual instructor led sessions for end users across multiple products and domains as well as delivery of go live support for new implementations.
Our requirements
Excellent English language skills is a must – both written and spoken
Other language skills – Italian, German, Spanish, French, Finnish, Dutch or Swedish on a communicative level
Strong communication skills, especially at language use
Good interpersonal skills to communicate in order to effectively gather and present information
Good facilitation skills to be able to interact and engage with audience
Team player working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Detailed oriented fast learner
Optional
Previous experience in training or Trainer qualification such as ATD or TAP
Experience in training delivering via virtual classroom technology
Previous experience in Sales and/or in automotive industry
Previous experience in or knowledge of Finance and Accounting
