Your responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of complex training initiatives, classroom courses, virtual classes and webinars globally

  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees

  • Invoicing and monthly closing of all training related costs

  • Administering courses in our Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Cooperation with stakeholders – trainers, participants, external vendors

  • Testing and implementing new solutions to improve customer learning experience

  • Answering customers’ queries in a Case Management System

  • Managing knowledge database

  • Creating and updating web courses using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree within HR/Administration or other relevant field of study

  • Hands-on experience coordinating training events

  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

  • Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of basic financial processes

  • Knowledge of Articulate 360 and principles of instructional design is an advantage

  • A caring and respectful team player aligned with the DNV GL company values

  • Highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness

We are seeking a Training Coordinator for our HR Office Training Coordinators team based in Gdynia, Poland.
