Planning and coordination of complex training initiatives, classroom courses, virtual classes and webinars globally
Marketing available training opportunities to employees
Invoicing and monthly closing of all training related costs
Administering courses in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Cooperation with stakeholders – trainers, participants, external vendors
Testing and implementing new solutions to improve customer learning experience
Answering customers’ queries in a Case Management System
Managing knowledge database
Creating and updating web courses using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
Bachelor’s degree within HR/Administration or other relevant field of study
Hands-on experience coordinating training events
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of basic financial processes
Knowledge of Articulate 360 and principles of instructional design is an advantage
