Your responsibilities

  • Support for the training function in the design, delivery, documentation and planning of training schedules. Act as a trainer, examiner and mentor of those who are participating in training to deliver the most effective results, stand in for team leader as and when required

  • Training Coordinator is responsible for support the training function in the design, delivery and recording of training and planning schedules. Act as a trainer, examiner and mentor of those who are participating in training to deliver the most effective results, stand in for team leader as and when required

  • Populate contents of new training packages and update content of existing training packages as directed in line with internal and external customer requirements. Ensure the highest quality standards for customers

  • Deliver training in line with training schedules and package requirements; enabling effective management

  • Ensure two-way feedback takes place via regular trainee one to one and coaching sessions to effectively communicate standard training practice

  • Respond to irregularities

  • Identifying inefficiencies and failures to contribute to the enhancement of processes

  • Perform appropriate assessments to ensure that processes, work instructions & standard operating procedures are properly understood, executed and maintained to assist performance and operational training

  • Administration of instructions in the Pattonair database (SOP)

  • Update training monitors, training records and matrices ensuring they are always kept up to date

  • Active participation in regular revisions of instructions and procedures

  • Support for Team Leaders, mainly in the area of supervision over operational processes, to be implemented in accordance with instructions and procedures

  • Administration of bonus system for warehouse employees

  • Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance

  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual

Our requirements

  • Experience in conducting basic trainings, implementing to work

  • Fluent English

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Ability to build relationships

  • Ability to passing on knowledge

  • Good communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Some basic administration experience
