- You identify, training and develop needs in a dedicated project
- You create, standardize and maintain the training material for in-house based on working sessions and instructions from clients
- You design, train and develop programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- You organize internal trainings and train-the trainer sessions
- You create tests/quizzes/certifications, present and report on these results
- You collect information and create a clear message via different channels (e-mail, briefing, intranet)
Our requirements
- English and German at very good level, Polish at good level
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 of 5 years’ experience in training and communication
- Knowledge in process documentation and creation of working instructions
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and problem solver
- High flexibility and willingness to travel to Germany once the COVID situation allows it

You will be part of Centre of Excellence Training team and will report to Head of Training Centre of Excellence. We are looking for an experienced trainer who is closely working with internal and external project managers, subject matter experts and the Training team in defining, maintaining and optimizing the training material in projects. This role is dedicated for one Client. It is his/her task to assure that the quality of these trainings remains high and applicable. This role will also have interactions with external partners and clients and travel is needed.
