Your responsibilities

  • Conducting internal trainings tailored to current needs

  • Identifying training needs and designing trainings

  • Responsibility in preparing and handling training materials

  • Evaluation of trainings’ efficiency

  • Identifying and escalating emerging issues

  • Ensuring the employees/trainees process customers’ data in a responsible manner

  • Shaping and taking part in actions directed at driving results in cooperation with TQC and Coaches

  • Supporting Sales Advocates with the subject matter knowledge

  • Reporting data to the supervisor

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1 level preferred)

  • Experience in training/teaching or similar at least 1 year

  • Open and communicative mindset

  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts

  • Ability to work individually as well as a part of closely cooperating team

  • Creativity and solution-oriented attitude in tackling daily issues

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently

  • Very good time/workload management skills

  • Outstanding flexibility and resilience to quickly changing circumstances

  • Being people’s person, who enjoys high interaction levels
