Your responsibilities
- Perform FOP Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the collective investment schemes. Team's service includes confirmation and settlement of institutional clients' instructions in accordance with prevailing market and client deadlines, standards and internal procedures;
- Investigation and resolution of any inconsistencies across multiple platforms;
- Supporting clients' inquiries and providing transaction reporting and auxiliary activities;
- Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including Oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments;
- Support high quality of service delivered by the team;
- Active and independent searching for and implementation of new, better solutions among the given processes resulting in process improvements and reduction of manual touchpoints, suggesting enhancements in processes;
- Supporting co-workers and peers in solving problems and assuring continuity of provided service;
- Providing training and introduction for new employees;
- Participation in business initiatives, client on-boarding and documenting new processes;
- Ensure all Team procedures are updated, completed and maintained across all Clients and processes;
- Ensure all issues / potential issues that could have negative impact on the performance and image of the department are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner;
- Effective participation in conference calls if needed;
- Proactive controls and actions targeting at minimizing processing risk;
- Take ownership over resolution of the unusual queries and issues reported by the clients;
- Encourage positive and professional working environment;
- Ensure all mandatory training is completed within deadline;
- Goals completion;
- Additional business oriented tasks requested by manager.
Our requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Computer skills: MS Office environment knowledge (good knowledge of Excel is a minimum);
- Strong analytical skills, proactive problem solving experience;
- Effective time management - ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines when working under pressure;
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge in construction and functioning of different financial instruments;
- Experience in delivering tasks to strict deadlines and controls;
- Experience in working for institutions linked to capital markets / banking operations – minimum 1 year;
- Basic knowledge of accounting or trade settlement.
- Higher education (or during studies) with an economic profile;
- Fluent English required;
- Certificate in banking or finance beneficial.
