The position is connected with Fund Administration, supporting Luxemburg, Edinburgh & Dublin Fund Accounting teams. This job includes processing and controlling transactions on financial, capital and derivative markets done for the investment funds (mostly Platinum Customers). On this position you will be responsible for ensuring proper Net Asset Value calculation by gathering and storing transactional data and reflecting them in Clients’ accounting books.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, coaching and developing team members for their individual advancement and for the benefit of the team
  • Ensuring the process is setup and on-boarded successfully and is being run at the agreed quality level
  • Identifying and correcting potential errors in the BAU (Business As Usual) process
  • Analyzing root-cause of recurring issues through regular review of the process and assisting in developing programs for service enhancements arising from it
  • Ensuring all reporting is produced in accordance with client standards
  • Getting up proper control environment and reviewing process and procedures with a view to improve or reengineer
  • Managing client requests and ensuring all are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Completing the annual appraisal process
  • Cooperating with Compliance & Fund Auditors
  • Assisting in capacity planning and resourcing management to support the day to day business requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory capacity or managerial capacity
  • Technical knowledge of financial investments instruments
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relations and customers
  • Demonstrated success dealing with Senior Management
  • Capability to assimilate to different environments
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details
  • Familiarity with the Multifonds system would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and manage in a changing environment
  • Willingness to work during afternoon/nigh shifts for some period of time (if necessary)
  • Knowledge of English on advanced level (spoken & written)
