Transaction Management Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Became a trusted in-house advisor for various external agents and team on Client’s real estate strategy across the whole global portfolio

  • Drive and manage financial/strategy modelling (NPV, P&L + Cash Flow + BS impacts and comparable scenario models based on IFRS principles) and business analysis

  • Evaluate and analyze a variety of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return

  • Manage timings on input requirements from stakeholders for Business Cases and Financial Analysis, run follow up work progress sessions

  • Drive financial modelling acumen for TM/Strategy activities

  • Create and present financial models/recommendations to Client’s senior management team

  • Coordinate the execution of real estate transactions – manage relationship with brokers and stakeholders, process market survey reports, prepare RfP documentation, coordinate lease negotiation process

  • Investigate synergies, prepare scenario simulations to support key P&L drivers for specific areas

  • Be ready to challenge senior managers and be challenged by them when delivering recommendation

  • Driving innovations/process enhancements.

Our requirements

  • Pro-activeness and growth mindset

  • Economics / Finance & Accountancy / Econometrics background

  • Real Estate experience or Business/Financial advisory (minimum 2 years)

  • Financial/strategy modelling experience (minimum 2 years)

  • Work on proposals or business cases

  • Capital planning experience desirable

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Excellent English essential (at least 90% of your time you will be communicating in English)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Providing financial models for building recommendations across Client’s Real Estate portfolio together with short term strategy (Transaction/Portfolio Management) on behalf of both CBRE and the Client.
