    Transfer Agency Team Leader / Manager
    city: Warsaw

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all client service standards and regulatory requirements are met within the team.
    • Manage and monitor workflows, ensuring deadlines are met in an orderly and timely manner
    • Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities
    • Production  of daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and stats, including risk reporting
    • Monitor and assist with queries and liaise with other departments where needed
    • Maintain relations with third parties e.g. Client, Audit, Internal
    • Maintain close working relationship with Finance

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years’ experience in alternative operations industry with a minimum  3 years on managerial position
    • Proven experience in managing of multiple teams across different processes
    • Fluency in written and spoken English
    • Proven track record of work in securities services industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage, motivate and develop multiple team
    • Strong time management and organisational habits
