- The main work of the Transfers Free of Payment team (‘Transfers’) centres around incoming and outgoing transfers free of payment and securities reconciliation.
- Reception of order to transfer stocks from a client’s Moventum account to another indicated account;
- Reception of notice that a client is transferring stocks to his Moventum account from one not held at Moventum;
- For outgoing transfers, verification of client’s holding to ensure stock is available for transfer out and communication with relevant IFA as necessary;
- For incoming transfers, verification that stock can be accepted onto Moventum Platform; communication with relevant IFA and Moventum Fund Relations team as necessary;
- Processing of all kind of securities transfer instructions;
- Ensure both custodians (current and successor) are aware of incoming/outgoing stock;
- Occasionally, receipt and forwarding of stock certificates by secure means;
- Reconciliation of accounts pre- and post-transaction against global holding;
- Client query investigation and resolution;
- Internal and external reporting;
- Relevant system and process testing;
- Process review and improvement
- SWIFT : Follow up on modifications made on SWIFT message MT540/542
- Security reconciliation
Our requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages related to transfers
- Min. 3 years of experience in banking/ financial sector
- Analitical skills
- Communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)
