Profile:

The Transfer Pricing Analyst drives improvements and initiatives in the area of operational transfer pricing, by focusing on the execution of the cost sharing, royalty and IM inter-company allocation and invoicing process. 

This position cooperates with Global Tax, Accounting Controllers and Regional Accounting Centers to streamline cost collection and charges.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving process improvements in respect of the inter-company process for cost sharing, royalty and IM charges.
  • Executing cost sharing process and ensuring accurate allocation and invoicing of cost sharing model.
  • Ensuring correct and timely allocation of IM costs to legal entities.
  • Executing royalty inter-company process by preparing invoices in line with inter-company agreements.
  • Supporting timely collections and invoicings of royalty payments and correct use of withholding taxes.
  • Collecting financial data for the transfer pricing documentation process.
  • Supporting in review of ICD segmentation as well as coordination with Finance/ISC to collect feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Tax, Finance or Accounting area.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a Finance.
  • Fluent English level. 
  • Experience with SAP will be a plus.
