Your responsibilities

  • We are looking for a dynamic transition manager to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing operational transitions in our company and ensuring that the transitions are implemented according to schedule and budget. You'll also be accountable to update leadership, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes;

  • Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes;

  • Analysing any internal requests and ideation for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes;

  • Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements with clear & measurable KPIs;

  • Implement and drive as strong Management Operation System with information on any activity, including owners, trackers;

  • Own the Initiatives Risk register with clear mitigation plan;

  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget;

  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress;

  • Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly;

  • Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as the passing of a senior employee.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in managing major transition projects;

  • Full understanding of enterprise systems, environments and key drivers;

  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates;

  • International mindset with experience in multi-lingual, multicultural systems is a must;

  • Excellent English both spoken and written, additional European languages are a strong plus;

  • Excellent communicator;

  • Collaborative spirit (team player);

  • Results oriented – KPI driven role;

  • Innovative – able to suggest new processes and work with end users to improve efficiency and productivity;

  • Curious – willing to ask questions, dig deeper, and truly understand this highly complex IT landscape;

  • Ability to work under time pressure and in resource lean environment.
