Your responsibilities
Work with the world’s largest organizations to transform and optimize the value chain as well as the structure
Help clients reallocate resources to maximize their performance
Work on profitability interventions; Use innovative solutions to solve challenging problems
Leverage data to come up with meaningful insights
Work directly with our clients’ C-suite level
Deliver combinatorial offerings – enhancing cost transformations with sustainability or growth strategies
Our requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Analyst) / Master’s degree or equivalent (Consultant); At least 1 (Analyst) / 3 (Consultant) years of relevant experience, international exposure is a strong asset
Strategy consulting experience, strong financial acumen and cost/performance transformation experience are strong assets
Functional experience in one of the following areas is a plus: Analytics, Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics), Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT
Strong negotiation and influencing skills; Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments
Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner
Proficiency with Excel and Power Point, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Italian is a strong asset

Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
