For our Client, Shared Service Centre in Poland which is currently developing very intensively, we are looking for experienced Candidates for position of:
Transition Coordinator (GL/AR)Numer ref.: TC
The role:
- Managing transition projects within the organization
- Develops and coordinates the activities associated with a specific region/country
- Process migration coordination
- Identifying and scheduling project deliverables and required tasks
- Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project, staffing requirements and allocation of resources
- Accountable for all deliverables relating to process migration
- Creation and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Relationship management
- Monitor all progress against plan
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as the Coordinator/Team Lead, preferably within the finance industry
- Process migration experience required
- University degree (bachelor as a minimum)
- Excellent English skills
- Understanding of finance & Accounting processes is essential
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Willingness to travel (regular or even short notice at times)
- Advanced communication and reporting skills
