    Transition Junior Project Manager
    The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global  custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. 
    For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic  and growing operation  centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

    Your responsibilities will include:


    • Managing end-to-end transition projects in Transfer Agency Department across defined phases and work streams.
    • Efficient communication and relationship management with multiple stakeholders including sponsors, senior management, project members, business units, end users.
    • Contribute to enhance of the transition supporting tools and processes.
    • Project documentation governance (including KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, TOMs and others).
    • Effective cooperation with Transition and Change Management Team.
    • Organising effective training, coordination of infrastructure and IT.
    • Organising and managing a kick-off / decision-taking meetings.
    • Management and escalation of project-level risk and issues.
    • Supporting Warsaw Managers and Team Leaders in new processes adoption.
    • Maintaining the outstanding service quality and productivity level.

    We are looking for you, if you:


    • Have a project management – related experience ideally in large multinational environment – at least 2 years.
    • Have an experience in business processes in BPO or SSC environment (e.g. banking, finance, accounting etc.)
    • Have a proven experience in managing project with direct exposure to different company levels.
    • Have a client-facing, communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
    • Have a high motivation, openness for change and ability to multi-task.
    • Have a university degree (preferable in Finance, Economics or Management)
    • Have a fluent verbal and written English – other foreign language would be an asset.
    • Have a Microsoft Office proficiency in the use.
