Transition Lead
Work place: Wrocław

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out end-to-end execution of assigned transitions to Olympus Business Centre in Wrocław.
  • Developing and delivering detailed transition plans with clear milestones and timelines, identifying dependencies and in line with Olympus Transition Methodology.
  • Ensure risks are appropriately managed and mitigating actions are in place to ensure continuity of service and minimum disruption to both existing operations and the processes to be transitioned.
  • Conducting regular meetings with all stakeholders to collect status, risks and issues.
  • Keeping senior leadership up to date on schedule and deliverable status.
  • Implementing and overlooking any transition-related projects, such as implementation of new tools and systems.

 Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have Transition Management experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
  • German language skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies especially related with HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in managing operations team would be an asset.
  • Readiness to travel on business purposes.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Professional Competencies:

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external business center customers in an effective manner.
